Remember this during the election?  A clear attempt at intimidation, and with weapons, no less.

Bartle Bull, a former civil rights lawyer and publisher of the left-wing Village Voice, calls "the most blatant form of voter intimidation I've ever seen". Mr. Bull and others witnessed two Black Panthers in paramilitary garb at a polling place near downtown Philadelphia. (Some of this behavior is on YouTube – below.)

One of them, they say, brandished a nightstick at the entrance and pointed it at voters and both made racial threats. Mr. Bull says he heard one yell "You are about to be ruled by the black man, cracker!"

Another violation of the LAW, but Eric Holder, our Attorney General is not upholding the Law as he swore to do.

Yes, President Obama's Justice Department (i.e. Eric Holder) stonewalled all questions about why it dropped a voter intimidation case against the New Black Panther Party.

Back in the first week of January, the Justice Department filed a civil lawsuit against the New Black Panther Party and three of its members, saying they violated the 1965 Voting Rights Act by scaring voters with the weapon, uniforms and racial slurs. In March, Mr. Bull submitted an affidavit at Justice's request to support its lawsuit.

None of the defendants filed any response to the complaint or appeared in federal district court in Philadelphia, so the Justice Dept would have prevailed by default.

Instead, the department in May suddenly allowed the party and two of the three defendants to walk away.  WALK AWAY!  If that were the KKK, do you think Eric Holder would have done the same? You know damn well not and the HYPOCRISY rules.

There was outrage over the decision among Congressional Republicans, the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, and in the Justice Department's Civil Rights Division—especially after it was learned one of the defendants who walked was Jerry Jackson, a member of Philadelphia's 14th Ward Democratic Committee and a credentialed poll watcher for the Democratic Party last Election Day.

Then the Washington Times reported on July 30 that six career lawyers at Justice who had recommended continuing to pursue the case were overruled by Associate Attorney General Thomas Perrelli—a top administration political appointee. One of the career attorneys, Appellate Chief Diana Flynn, had urged in an internal memo that a judgment be pressed against the defendants to "prevent the paramilitary style intimidation of voters" in the future.

Mr. Wolf's demands that Justice make the career attorneys on the case available for questions have been rebuffed. He also wants the House Judiciary Committee to hold hearings. A spokesman for House Judiciary Committee Chairman John Conyers was noncommittal as to whether any hearing would be held.

President Obama needs to clear the air. As a former law professor who specialized in voting rights, he knows exactly how illegal this is.  In 2007, then-Sen. Obama introduced a bill to protect Americans from tactics that intimidate voters. It also increased the criminal penalty for voter intimidation to five years in prison from one year. And yet…he lets these cretins go!

Mr. Obama should insist his Justice Department reinstate the Black Panther case or provide a full explanation for why it was dropped.

Don't hold your breath waiting for that.

An attorney for the terrorist Hasan says his client will have his first court hearing in his hospital room on Saturday. [break out the violins]

Attorney Galligan says he'll argue that Hasan should remain in intensive care because he is paralyzed and still needs hospital care.

Oh yeah? Put the bastard in a room alone with a pig — a real one – - and let's see how fast he can get out of there.

What he needs is an old-fashioned gallows.

Let's take a look at the new SA, the SEIU and its violent thug tactics — all approved by Obama (he's not speaking out against it, now is he?)

In fact, Obama has said that he has been involved with the SEIU his "entire adult life".

Hamidi says he came to the hall to expose how he says SEIU union leaders are spending tens of thousands of dollars on a political race, he claims, they have no right to do. After he and a photographer walked in to the meeting, it didn't take long for Hamidi to be right out the door and on his way to the hospital.

We called SEIU union leaders to get their side of the story, but they refused to comment.  CBS

SEIU Thugs Beat Black Man Giving Away Flags — While Screaming the N-Word

Kenneth Gladney, 38, a conservative activist from St. Louis was attacked by SEIU as he handed out yellow flags with “Don’t tread on me” printed on them. His injuries included knee, back, elbow, shoulder and face. Gladney, who is black, said one of his attackers, also a black man, used a racial slur against him before the attack.

“It just seems there’s no freedom of speech without being attacked,” he said.

Again, 90-some days later, no charges have been filed.

Wake up America. This IS THE FUTURE.

Execute Hasan and fast!  Send the message that this is unacceptable and will be punished.  You see, more of the same will be coming…

That radical American imam living in Yemen (Anwar al Awlaki), and who had contact with two 9/11 hijackers (was their spiritual leader), has praised the cowardly shooter Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan as a hero.  That Yemeni jerk was born in New Mexico and educated here. Nice, huh?

I don't suppose he is also suffering from PTSD?  No, just your average mass murderer calling upon more Muslims in the US military to do the same.

The Monday post on Awlaki's website, said American Muslims who condemned the attacks on the Texas military base last week are hypocrites who have committed treason against their religion.

Anwar went on to say the only way a Muslim can justify serving in the U.S. is if he intends to "follow in the footsteps of men like Nidal."

You know what must be done with a cancer…. same here.

A New York City bicycle cabbie who mocked the murder of American journalist Daniel Pearl and posted a prayer on the Web calling for the murder of Jews, is now sending a "Get Well Soon" message to the  Fort Hood gunman, Hasan.

Just when you have heard it all, Yousef al-Khattab, 41, a radical Muslim in the borough of Queens who runs RevolutionMuslim.com, spouts his hatred of the US on his crappy site.

He says that the soldiers massacred at the Texas base deserved to be massacred, and he insists the victims are in "eternal hellfire." As for the suspected gunman — Army psychiatrist Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan — Al-Khattab hails him as a hero.

"An officer and a gentleman was injured while partaking in a pre-emptive attack," al-Khattab wrote on the site. "Get well soon Major Nidal. We love you."

Al-Khattab, a Jewish-born [ go figure ] New Jersey native formerly named Joseph Cohen, converted to Islam in 2004. Known by the FBI for posting radical messages online, al-Khattab claims that the 13 murdered and 38 wounded soldiers at Fort Hood were "terrorists" who deserved to die.

"These people are soldiers in a volunteer army," al-Khattab told the Post. "They expect to see combat. They know the danger."

"Rest assured the slain terrorists at Ft. Hood are in the eternal hellfire," al-Khattab writes online.

On Oct. 7, al-Khattab posted a message on the Web calling on Allah to carry out "wrath on the Jewish occupiers of Palestine & their supporters."

"Please throw liquid drain cleaner in their faces," he wrote. " … burn their flammable sukkos while they sleep … Ya Allah (Oh God) answer my duaa (prayer)." ("Sukkos" refers to the Jewish holiday of Sukkot, during which Jews build and eat their meals in outdoor huts known as "sukkahs," which represent the huts the Jews lived in during their exodus from Egypt.)

Al Khattab insists that his hatred is protected by the First Amendment. "If it was a threat, I'd be in jail," the 41-year-old al-Khattab told FoxNews.com in October.

So how about it, pansy-ass Obama administration? Throw the bum in jail!

In his nationally televised remarks following the horrendous killings at Ft. Hood, President Obama never mentioned the T word.  The attack was an act "of violence."  No mention of terrorism.

In fact, the Ft. Hood shooting is the first terror attack on American soil since 9-11.  But Obama, reluctant to take the rap for inadequate protections against such attacks, is doing everything he can to make it look like an adult version of the Columbine school shootings.  We are treated to stories about the killer's dread of being sent back to Afghanistan and his deformed personality.

But, the fact is that Major Nidal Malik Hasan jumped on a table, yelled "Alah Hu Akhbar" and began the shooting rampage that killed 13 people and wounded 30 more.
