US – Isaeli Relations at All-Time Low

Under President Clinton and George W. Bush, Israeli prime ministers have offered the Palestinians a state of their own on virtually the entire West Bank and Gaza, with land swaps to compensate for any portion of the West Bank that would remain in Israel, but those offers were rejected by the Palestinians.

What is most disturbing about the truly harsh and inflammatory rhetoric of both Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton directed at the government of Israel, is that it is speculated President Obama himself may have ordered Biden and Clinton to make the statements they made.

The Times reported, “The President was outraged by the announcement of 1,600 housing units in an ultra-Orthodox neighborhood in East Jerusalem during Mr. Biden’s visit, administration officials said.

President Obama and his administration’s overly harsh public reaction to the construction in East Jerusalem appears to have emboldened Israel’s enemies and provided a cover for their extremist views.

Israel Off The Map

mapMuch has been made of Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad’s infamous quote: “Israel must be wiped off the map.” Maybe he knew of this Chinese-made globe?

Yes, this globe now found at Target stores, has literally 'wiped Israel of the map'. It is not there. Instead, "Palestine" is printed over the area.

“They’re teaching kids there is no Israel, only Palestine,” Rabbi Gary Moskowitz, who bought a globe for his daughter, told Andrea Peyser of the New York Post. “This foments hatred.”

Amy Reilly of Target customer relations initially said the omission of Israel was due to lack of space on the globe. To which Peyser responded: “Isn’t ‘Palestine’ a longer word?”

What a lame excuse. I am tired of stupid arguments a 3-year-old child could see through.

Anyway, only after getting complaints, Target began pulling the globe from its 1,744 stores.

A spokesman for New Jersey-based Devrian Global Industries, which imported tens of thousands of globes from China, said: “Obviously, it was a mistake. We obviously offended some people.”

Gee, ya think?
