Maurice Strong

In 1990, Maurice Strong gave an interview to WEST magazine, where he described how he envisioned the Earth being saved:

“Each year the World Economic Forum convenes in Davos, Switzerland. Hundreds of CEO’s, prime ministers, finance ministers, and leading academics gather each February to attend meetings and set the economic agendas for the year ahead.

“What if a small group of these world leaders were to conclude that the principle risk to the earth comes from the actions of the rich countries? And if the world is to survive, those rich countries would have to sign an agreement reducing their impact on the environment? Will they do it? Will the rich countries agree to reduce their impact on the environment? Will they agree to save the earth?

“The group’s conclusions is ‘no.’ The rich countries won’t do it. They won’t change. So, in order to save the planet, the group decides: Isn’t the only hope for the planet that the industrialized civilization collapse? Isn’t it our responsibility to bring that about?”

Two years after making that statement, Strong laid the foundation, and helped in the creation of the Kyoto Protocol. According to Wikipedia, “The Kyoto Protocol is a protocol to the international Framework Convention on Climate Change with the objective of reducing greenhouse gases that cause climate change.” Another way of saying that is “an agreement reducing their impact on the environment.” What has been the result of the agreement? “The rich countries won’t do it. They won’t change.

The Government is taking over industries, over regulating, and generally expanding like a bloated stinking fish.  Obama stinking fish

After forcing their healthcare upon us, they are gunning for more of the same.  In the cooker now: another crappy climate bill, which really is another taxation.

What happened to the no one's taxes will go up "one single dime"?  I know I am paying more for all sorts of goods and services because of his ego and hubris.  And it will get lots worse folks. Lots worse.

Senators Lindsey Graham and Joseph Lieberman outlined U.S. climate-change legislation that would have power companies buy and sell pollution rights in a carbon market and force oil companies to pay fixed fees for emissions.

While the bill is "a work in progress" and won’t be ready until next month, emissions from utilities will be regulated through a restricted trading system for pollution rights.

The whole thing is asinine and especially so since the planet has been COOLING for the past 15 years.

Is no one else pissed off about this crap?

Climate Crap Links

So Al Gore, the debate is NOT over. While you got fat off this hype you fed us, the free ride is OVER! Talk about Fat Cats!

Suppressed Climate Report (shocker!)

Demand Obama and all his cronies stop that insane taxation policy on energy. Do you really want your electric rates to "skyrocket" as Obama promised?

There is NO Global Warming, yet we are still in the Looking Glass world where climate terrorists are demanding we pay "climate debt". There is no climate debt, so shut up.

And yet it still continues. The Obfuscation and Obnubilation.

The IPCC Lies.

And let's not forget the stupid ideas they are really considering!

Rajendra Pachauri
U.N. Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) head Rajendra Pachauri. At a recent press conference in New Delhi, India — FIVE glaring ERRORS were discovered in one paragraph of the world's most authoritative report on global warming, forcing the Nobel Prize-winning panel of climate scientists at the IPCC who wrote it to apologize and promise to be more careful.

Promise to be more careful? Isn't that like letting out a murderer if he promises to be nicer to people? Stupid.

"I know a lot of climate skeptics are after my blood, but I'm in no mood to oblige them," Rajendra Pachauri, head of the U.N.'s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), told The Times of London.

Pachauri spoke following revelations that an oft-cited "fact" in his panel's 2008 climate change report — that the Himalayas were on track to melt by 2035 — was sloppily copied from a magazine interview with a single glaciologist in 1999. But more errors have been uncovered.

The panel now faces fresh controversy for wrongly linking global warming to an increase in the number and severity of natural disasters, including hurricanes and floods, and for a separate section of the report that warned that the world had "suffered rapidly rising costs due to extreme weather-related events since the 1970s."

The IPCC based its claims on an unpublished report that had not been subjected to routine scientific scrutiny — and ignored warnings from scientific advisers that the evidence supporting the link was weak, The Sunday Times of London reported. The newspaper has since found that the scientific paper on which the IPCC based that claim had neither been peer reviewed nor published at the time the U.N. panel issued its report.

In 2008, when the report was eventually published, it had a new caveat. It said: "We find insufficient evidence to claim a statistical relationship between global temperature increase and catastrophe losses."

But despite this change, the IPCC did not issue a clarification ahead of the Copenhagen climate summit last month. They kept on LYING.

Dr. Murari Lal, the scientist behind the bogus claim about melting Himalayan glaciers, suggested over the weekend that the panel intentionally ignored the facts.

So far, the IPCC has issued only a comment offering regret for the poorly vetted statements. "The Chair, Vice-Chairs, and Co-chairs of the IPCC regret the poor application of well-established IPCC procedures," it said in a statement. But it fell short of issuing a full retraction or reprinting the report.

The IPCC "made a clear and obvious error when it stated that Himalayan glaciers would be gone by 2035," Patrick J. Michaels, a senior fellow in environmental policy at the libertarian Cato Institute, said in an interview.

"The absurdity was obvious to anyone who had studied the scientific literature. This was not an honest mistake. IPCC had been warned about it for a year by many scientists."

The dustup is the latest scandal in global warming science, coming after the disclosure of attempts to shade climate-science research findings at the U.K.'s East Anglia University and the failed talks in Copenhagen by environmental policymakers last month.

More evidence and finally some truth-telling — nor form our illustrious media. Oh no, they are accessories in deceiving us. The scam and sham are eveident, but they will not tell you. Why not?

Here is a Finnish Climategate documentary with English subtitles exposing the fraud behind the pseudo & fake science of man-made global warming.

What is settled, Al Gore, is that you are a fraud who made millions off this deception.

Vaclav Klaus

"I lived in a communist world where politicians told us what to do," Klaus said. "I don't think politicians or presidents should suggest to firms what to do. That has always been a mistake."

This was stated by Czech President Vaclav Klaus, who has been a long-time a global warming skeptic. He warns that they should not dictate to humanity how to live based on an "irrational ideology," which is a by-product of ridiculous political correctness.

Global warming is a "new religion," not a science, he said.  This is a religion which tells us that the people are responsible for the current, very small increase in temperatures. And they should be punished."

Klaus, the second president of the Czech Republic since the fall of communism, is often called the Margaret Thatcher of Central Europe. In the interview, he sounded more like Winston Churchill, vowing to defend liberty and freedom from those who would restrain global economic growth.

"I'm absolutely convinced that the very small global warming we are experiencing is the result of natural causes," Klaus told FoxNews.com. "It's a cyclical phenomenon in the history of the Earth. The role of man is very small, almost negligible."

"We'll be the victims of irrational ideology. They will try to dictate to us how to live, what to do, how to behave," Klaus said. "What to eat, travel, and what my children should have. This is something that we who lived in the communist era for most of our lives — we still feel very strongly about. We are very sensitive in this respect. And we feel various similarities in their way of arguing or not arguing. In the way of pushing ahead ideas regardless of rational counter-arguments."

Klaus, who graduated from the University of Economics in Prague, and also studied in the U.S. at Cornell University, worked in banking during the communist era. He was also an outspoken reformer during the "Prague Spring" in the late 1960s, a cultural revolt against totalitarian ideology.

A new Ice Age?

Eerily reminiscent of the many Ice Age representations we have seen — is it prophetic?  After all the Earth has been COOLING for the past 11 years.  Ya hear that Al Gore?

Another scandal surrounding the made-up global warming scam.  How can the scientists at the Meteorological Office in Britain ignore one of the largest cold areas of the planet — namely, Siberia? It takes a Russian think tank and Vladimir Putin to point this out?  He charges that the UK scientist actually  'manipulated' climate change figures.

As the Copenhagen summit comes to a climax on Friday, it was pointed out that Siberian weather statistics were selected in a way that masks evidence not showing global warming. There's the spin folks.

The Moscow-based Institute of Economic Analysis (IEA) claimed the Hadley Centre used statistics from weather stations in Russian and Siberia that fitted its theory of global warming, and ignoring those that did not.

The Russian meteorological station data did not substantiate the global-warming theory,' stated semi-official RIA Novosti news agency.

Futhermore, Novosti says the Hadley Centre 'probably tampered with Russian-climate data' by using statistics from only a quarter of available weather stations in its report.

'Over 40 per cent of Russian territory was not included in global-temperature calculations for reasons other than the lack of meteorological stations and observations,' claimed Kommersant newspaper, owned by pro-Kremlin oligarch Allisher Usmanov.

It was alleged the Hadley data known as HadCRUT used incomplete findings from Russian met stations 'far more often than those providing complete observations'.

'When choosing between stations with breaks in measurements and those with regular measurements in same region, HadCRUT would include the station with gaps in information but with a more obvious picture of warming,' said Kommersant.

And data was also skewed to include stations in large populated areas more frequently than the correct data of remote stations.

One account of the 21 page report said: 'The scale of global warming was exaggerated due to temperature distortions for Russia accounting for 12.5 per cent of the world's land mass.'

Meanwhile, the kool-aid drinking fools like Germany's Angela Merkel continue to criticize the US – that's us folks, you and me – and demanding more.

Can't we just tell them all to go to hell? There they can pat themselves on the back and nod in agreement that they have finally found their "global warming".
