What About Obama’s (Implied) Claim That He’s Already Proven His Eligibility?

When WorldNetDaily’s Les Kinsolving, raised the issue, the ever-jovial, ever-evasive, White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs treated the question as a joke. He smirked, “It’s on the Internet.”

No, it’s definitely not on the Internet. What’s there is a Certification-of-Live-Birth (COLB), a computer-generated document far different from the real – authentic – birth certificate.

Richard Blake, a Denver reporter, says this about the COLB: “Indeed to many it looks much more like a simple registration of birth that Obama's mother could have applied for according to Hawaiian law, regardless of where Obama was actually born.”

Here’s how the AmericanThinker.com sums up the situation:

“Under Hawaiian law, it is possible (both legally and illegally) for a person to have been born out of state, yet have a birth certificate on file in the [Hawaii] Department of Health. … Contrary to what you may have read, no document made available to the public, nor any statement by Hawaiian officials, evidences conclusively that Obama was born in Hawaii.”

We're not fueling the controversy… Barack Hussein Obama is fueling the controversy.

In fact, the Obama Campaign – one he apparently thinks will last forever – has reportedly spent up to 1.7 million dollars to shield Obama's vital records from the public. [why?]

Of course, Obama could have avoided those huge expenditures by making a simple phone call to Hawaii… he could have spent a paltry sum to avoid hatching the most disturbing political controversy since Watergate… but he didn't… he hasn't… he refuses to do so…. [why?]

Obama’s erection of a multitude of legal roadblocks makes no logical sense… unless he is hiding some very damaging facts.

Perhaps we need to modify Obama's “hope and change” mantra to something like: “We hope you’ll tell the truth . . . for a change.”

With your assistance, we will unearth the facts Obama wants to hide.

Conformity and Political Correctness Versus the Constitution

Palin’s questioning of Obama’s eligibility opened her up to the same vilification experienced by the Western Center for Journalism and other Americans raising legitimate questions about Obama.

Our political and media cultures value conformity and political correctness more than constitutional governance. Given that reality, we salute Sarah Palin for essentially saying, Emperor Obama has no clothes.

Why?  Because without Obama’s producing his valid birth certificate, we’re all in the dark about the details of Obama’s birth and citizenship.

What secret is Obama hiding from the American people? Why is he fighting tooth-and-nail – and spending millions in legal fees – to keep us from learning the truth?

And why on earth doesn’t Obama produce a valid birth certificate?

Viera in Newsandviews.com writes:

“Obama’s stubborn refusal to provide what he claims is ‘his own’ country [America] with conclusive proof [of his eligibility] compels the
presumption that he knows, or at least strongly suspects, that no sufficient evidence in his favor exists. After all, he is only [being] asked to provide the public with the original copy of some official record that establishes his citizenship. The vast majority of Americans could easily do so. Why will Obama not dispel the doubts about his eligibility—unless
he cannot?”

If Barack Hussein Obama won't show us his birth certificate, then we must show him the door.

And this issue must be resolved because Obama's stonewalling is hurtling our nation headlong into a constitutional crisis that could lead to political chaos.

Harvard-trained constitutional scholar Edwin Viera asserts that Americans have not only the right… but also the obligation to demand that Obama tell the truth about his eligibility.

And former-Alaska Governor Sarah Palin recently brought this critical issue to a head. The (uber-liberal) Huffington Post describes her comments to radio host Rusty Humphries:

“Sarah Palin declared… that the legitimacy of President Obama's birth certificate is ‘rightfully’ an issue with the American public, and that it is ‘fair game’ for politicians to question Obama's citizenship.”

Quizzed on whether she would “make the birth certificate an issue” if she runs for president in 2012, Palin pulled no punches, saying: “I think that members of the electorate still want answers.”

Asked if the birth certificate was “a fair question,” Palin responded: “I think it's a fair question just like I think past associations and past voting records [are]. All of that is fair game.”

Palin’s statements signify that we are winning the tough fight to give Obama no alternative other than to tell the truth about his eligibility.

If Obama won’t show us the birth certificate, then we must show him the door.
