Obama Wants Control of Internet

Are we seeing a pattern here? A control-freak’s pattern?

A Senate bill would offer President Obama emergency control of the Internet and may give him a "kill switch" to shut down online traffic by seizing private networks.

Say goodbye to freedom of speech and all the other freedoms we enjoy. Obama has been squelching free speech – most notably anyone that disagrees with him – for quite some time now. This is way over the top.

Cybersecurity experts worry will choke off industry and civil liberties. Ya think??

"In the original bill they empowered the president to essentially turn off the Internet in the case of a ‘cyber-emergency,’ which they didn’t define," said Larry Clinton, president of the Internet Security Alliance, which represents the telecommunications industry. We think it’s a very bad idea … to put in legislation."

The new legislation allows the president to "declare a cybersecurity emergency" relating to "non-governmental" computer networks and make a plan to respond to the danger, according to an excerpt published online — a broad license that rights experts worry would give the president "amorphous powers" over private users.

But Rockefeller, who introduced the bill in April with bipartisan support, said the legislation was critical to protecting everything from water and electricity to banking, traffic lights and electronic health records.

The bill would also let the government create a detailed set of standards for licensing "cybersecurity professionals" who would oversee a single standard for security measures.

Yeah, and that is the foot in the door to control everything we do.

Van Jones, Green Czar, communist Green is the New RED. This is the way my son put it. He is a Senior Economist in state government who is involved in regulating utilities. Government people are coming in and trying to force their views on the way Economists do their job. They want to force inferior products that result in no benefits to anyone.

So here is our Green Czar, an avowed RED Communist. Is that worth a few lines from mainstream media? One would think so, but not these days.

This Van Jones is William Ayers without the bombs. From the East Bay Express:

Jones had planned to move to Washington, DC, and had already landed a job and an apartment there. But in jail, he said, “I met all these young radical people of color — I mean really radical, communists and anarchists. And it was, like, ‘This is what I need to be a part of.’” Although he already had a plane ticket, he decided to stay in San Francisco. “I spent the next ten years of my life working with a lot of those people I met in jail, trying to be a revolutionary.” In the months that followed, he let go of any lingering thoughts that he might fit in with the status quo. “I was a rowdy nationalist on April 28th, and then the verdicts came down on April 29th,” he said. “By August, I was a communist.”

But he is not the only one. Hang onto your hats, wallets, beliefs, for this is going to be a bumpy ride.

Obama Favorably Compared to Hitler

I can make a case for Obama acting like Hitler with his SEIU and Acorn acting as his Brown Shirts, his SA.

I can make a case for Obama accusing his opponents of the very same tactics he uses…."shout them down", "get in their face", swamp the telephone lines on call-in shows. etc.

I can make a case for Obama and Hitler wanting ordinary citizens to snitch on each other. BTW, they have to keep any and all emails they receive. So do not believe they will delete the info. It ‘s the LAW that they must keep all emails.

I can make a case for his health care advisor/mentor Zeke Emanuel saying that those who do not contribute toward society (in their estimation) are not worth as much as another human (eugenics). Yup, Hitler did that too.

But favorably compared to Hitler….is that even possible?

Apparently so.

"NYTimes: Obama’s Economic Ideas Great… Just Like Hitler’s Were?" by Warner Todd Huston provides an analysis of the stunning comparison of President Barack Obama to Adolf Hitler made by David Leonhardt in "The New York Times" which is owned by a Jewish family.

In his article, Huston says that Leonhardt compares Obama to Hitler, but in a good way! Leonhardt, Huston points out, was saying that it was a good thing that, in an economic sense, Obama was being like Hitler. Huston explains how Leonhardt encourages Americans to ignore World War II and the Holocaust and just focus on how Hitler’s polices were good for Germany because Hitler, in essence, made the trains run on time.

With a level of hubris reserved only for Democrats, Leonhardt wrote approvingly about how Obama is emulating Hitler’s economic policies with massive "stimulus" spending and the take over of private industry.

He is not far off the mark, but in a BAD way! Obama is certainly like Hitler, lying to the people when he, Obama, looked Americans straight in the eye during his New Hampshire town hall meeting and declared that he has never favored a single-payer health insurance plan. Yet, there is a VIDEO of Obama saying he wants a single-payer health insurance plan and that it may take a while, like 15 or 20 years to eliminate the private insurance. But that is what he wants. Just as deceptive was Obama’s declaration that Senator Johnny Isakson of Georgia was the author of the “end-of-life” language, but Isakson later publicly stated that he had nothing to do with the Democrat-devised legislation. Another lie.

And then there is the statement theat the AARP endorsed his health care bill. No, they did not and they say so! And yet another lie.

Democrats expressed no outrage over Lenohardt’s favorable comparison of Obama to Hitler. Yet, Democrats reflexively use Hitler references to denigrate average Americans who oppose Obama’s government-run health care scheme.

Part of the Democrats’ orchestrated effort to silence opposition includes accusing protestors of being "un-American" and an "angry mob". An even more troubling aspect is the deployment of union thugs to intimidate and attack protestors. Goons from the SEIU (Service Employees International Union) physically assaulted a black Conservative, Kenneth Gladney, who was handing out "Don’t Tread on Me" flags after a town hall meeting in Missouri.

According to "The St. Louis Post-Dispatch", six people were arrested by the St. Louis County police after the Gladney beating — two on suspicion of assault, one for resisting arrest and three on suspicion of committing peace disturbances. There was no media uproar over the racial slurs, including calling him the “N-word”, hurled at Gladney by the angry mob of liberal Democrats. Thuggish Democrats stomped Gladney, time and again, sending him to the emergency room of the St. John’s Mercy Medical Center, where he was treated for injuries to his knee, back, elbow, shoulder and face. The assault on Gladney calls to mind the fact that during the 1960′s, Democrats physically attacked Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., a Republican, and bombed his home several times because he dared to protest peacefully against the Democrats who were denying civil rights to blacks. Democrat Public Safety Commissioner Eugene "Bull" Conner in Alabama let loose vicious dogs and turned skin-burning fire hoses on black civil rights protestors. In March of 1968, while referring to Dr. King’s leaving Memphis, Tennessee after riots broke out where a teenager was killed, Democrat Senator Robert Byrd, a former member of the Ku Klux Klan, called Dr. King a "trouble-maker" who starts trouble, but runs like a coward after trouble is ignited. A few weeks later, Dr. King returned to Memphis and was assassinated on April 4, 1968. No Bull, Just Facts on Eugenics, Obama Style

If you are very young, or middle-aged to old, you die. No bull, just facts.

Ezekiel Emanuel (above left)) believes doctors try too hard to apply the Hippocratic Oath to everyone as equally as possible, which is what drives up costs.What?

Instead — Emanuel says we need to ration basic, guaranteed care to only those who can fully participate in society.

Uh, yeah, and WHO determines that?

He writes: "Savings will require changing how doctors think about their patients: Doctors take the Hippocratic Oath too seriously, "as an imperative to do everything for the patient regardless of the cost or effects on others" (Journal of the American Medical Association, June 18, 2008).

So, according to Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel, health care advisor to President Obama, the elderly with dementia and the young who have neurological disorders should be sacrificed for the common good.

Which concentration camp did this "doctor" crawl out from? Is this looking more like Hitler now?

All this rhetoric (AKA LIES) that no one will be denied services are bull. Besides the fact that Obama wants a single-payer system, and the two most prominent such systems already deny care – EUGENICS! – his top people want this rationing. Why are the blindfolds on?

This is the system they want for us! So if you are a baby or over 55, you are nothing and you do not warrant health care.

England and Canada already deny care to some patients to save money. But what the Emanuel brothers intend for us, is even worse. No bull, just facts.

We, the patients and the loved ones of patients want our doctors to do everything possible, right? That so-called doctor does not! He wants doctors to forget needs of their patients and consider social justice, such as whether the money could be better spent on somebody else.

Many doctors are horrified by this notion – as YOU should be too!

Emanuel, however, believes that "communitarianism" should guide decisions on who gets care. He says medical care should be reserved for the non-disabled, not given to those "who are irreversibly prevented from being or becoming participating citizens . . . An obvious example is not guaranteeing health services to patients with dementia" (Hastings Center Report, Nov.-Dec. ’96).

Obese patients cannot get bypass or other care because they are deemed not as worthy. Where would you fall into that scale of worthiness? How about your mother or grandmother? Or your child with autism?

Translation: Don’t give much care to a grandmother with Parkinson’s or a child with cerebral palsy.

He explicitly defends discrimination against older patients: "Unlike allocation by sex or race, allocation by age is not invidious discrimination; every person lives through different life stages rather than being a single age. Even if 25-year-olds receive priority over 65-year-olds, everyone who is 65 years now was previously 25 years" (Lancet, Jan. 31).

So, people, the questions is very simple – is that what you want?

Now here is the problem. Inviting and then breeding our own murdering enemies within our borders. Whose bright idea was it to approve this stupidity?

If you want safety, move your enemies as far from you as you can.

This Saudi-funded academy teaches strict adherence to traditional Islamic law. Now there is an ally we can count on! *cough*cough

Now they will be expanding its Virginia campus — a decision by local officials that infuriates opponents who say the school’s teachings are anti-American.

The Fairfax County Board of Supervisors voted 6-4 Monday to grant a zoning exemption to the Islamic Saudi Academy. The officials said the outcome was based strictly on zoning issues, not on what goes on in the school’s classrooms.

Well, gee, dontcha think you should look into what the hell they are teaching?
